Whole Wheat Pizza

1 Package Dry Yeast

1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

1/4 Teaspoon Sugar

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 1/2 Cup Warm Water

1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

2 1/2 To 2 3/4 Cup All Purpose

Nonstick Cooking Spray

-Flour

Cornmeal

Dissolve yeast and sugar in water in a large bowl. Let stand for 2 minutes.
Add the flours, oil, and salt. Knead until smooth, about 10 minutes.
Place in a bowl coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Turn dough to coat with spray.
Cover with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm place to rise for 45 minutes.
Punch dough down and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Divide dough in half.
Role each half into a 12 inch circle.
Spray pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Lightly sprinkle pizza pan with corn meal.
Place rolled out pizza dough on pan.
Top pizza dough with your favorite pizza toppings.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
