Walnut Pasta Sauce

Yield: 4 Cups

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

4 Tablespoon Butter, At Room

1 1/2 Cups Walnuts

-Temperature

1 Cup Olive Oil, Garlic Olive Oil

1/2 Cup Heavy Cream, Or Half & Half

-Is Great Too.

Salt

In the food processor, chop walnuts until fine and grainy.
Add oil and butter, and process.
Add the parmesans cheese and cream, and process.
Salt to taste.
Serve with pasta of your choice. Ravioli recommended.
