Spinach Calabrese

2 Loaves Rhodes Frozen Bread

1 Can Sliced Mushrooms, 13 1/4

-(White Or Italian), Thawed, Or

-Ounce, Drained

-Prepare Your Own Dough

2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese

2 Packages Frozen Chopped Spinach,

1 Tomato, Sliced (optional)

-10 Ounces Each, Thawed

1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, (optional)

1 Cup Pizza Sauce

2 Cloves Garlic, Pressed (optional)

Roll out bread dough into two pizza-shaped rounds or spread out onto 2 rectangular cookie sheets.
Spread ½ cup pizza sauce on one-half of each.
Then layer 1 pkg. spinach (drain well or squeeze out liquid), mushrooms, and 1 cup of cheese onto each half.
Fold top half of dough over onto the bottom half that contains the sauce, veggies, and cheese.
Press edges to seal.
Brush dough lightly with butter or olive oil.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min., then 350 degrees for an additional 15 to 20 min.
Let sit 5 min. upon removing from oven. Slice into servings.
