Quick Chicken Sandwich

Yield: 2 Servings

2 Boneless Chicken Breasts

Onion Slices, Optional

Terriyaki Sauce

Green Pepper Slices, Optional

4 Ounce Mozzarella Or Monteray

1 Loaf Garlic Bread

-Jack Cheese, Sliced

 

Marinade the chicken breasts in the terriyaki sauce for about 20 minutes.
Grill the chicken breasts until almost done and still slightly pink in the center.
While chicken is cooking, grill the top of the garlic bread.
Flip bread and place chicken breast on top.
Place optional veggies on top.
Cover with cheese. Cook until cheese melts.
Serve open faced sandwich with your favorite side salad.
