Meat Loaf

Yield: 8 Servings

1 Pound Ground Chuck

1 Tablespoon Salt

2 Pieces White Bread

2 Teaspoons Pepper

1 Medium Onion, Chopped

Non-Stick Cooking Spray

1 Tablespoon Oregano

 

Spray the bottom of a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the meat and onion in a bowl. Thoroughly soak the bread in water. Squeeze the water out of the bread.
Add the bread to the meat. Add the seasonings.
Using your bare hands, mash the everything together until a well mixed.
Place the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and pat down to fit.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
