Guacamole 1

Yield: 4 Cups

1/2 White Onion, (2" In Diameter)

1 Tablespoon Lime Juice

-Finely Grated

2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped

2 Fresh Jalapeno Pepper, Diced

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1 Firm Ripe Tomato, Chopped

Tortilla Chips

3 Ripe Avocados

 

Remove avocado pits.
Scoop avocado flesh into bowl.
Use a fork to mash onion and avocado together.
Add tomato and peppers.
Stir in the lime juice, cilantro, and salt.
Taste and add additional salt as needed.
Serve with tortilla chips.
