Grandmas Fudge

3 Cups Sugar

10 Ounces Evaporated Milk

24 Ounces Semisweet Chocolate Chips

4 Tablespoon Butter

2 Cups Chopped Walnuts

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

2 Teaspoons Vanilla

8 Cups Miniature Marshmallows, (1

Nonstick Cooking Spray

Line a 9x13 inch pan with foil.
Spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt in a large heavy-duty saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.

Stir in marshmallows, chocolate, nuts, and vanilla extract.
Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.
Pour into prepared pan.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
Lift out of pan using foil. Invert and remove foil. Cut into pieces. Serve.
Store in an air tight container in a cool place.
