Garlic Chicken Caesar Salad

Yield: 2 Servings

1 Head Romaine Lettuce

-Skinless

1 Cup Croutons

3 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced

1/8 Cup Parmesan Cheese

1/4 Cup Green Onions, Chopped

6 Tablespoon Caesar Salad Dressing

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

2 Chicken Breasts, Boneless,

 

Clean the lettuce, tear into pieces, and place in serving bowl.
Add croutons, Parmesan cheese, and dressing. Toss lightly.

Chop the chicken breasts into small pieces.
Place olive oil in skillet over a medium high heat.
Add the chicken, garlic, and green onions.
Cook, stirring frequently, until chicken is cooked through.
Mix the chicken into the salad and serve.
