Fruit Cookie Pizza

This dessert has a beautiful presentation and is quite delicious. -peggy

1 Tube Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough

8 Ounce Strawberry Jam

1/2 Cup Pecans, Chopped

5 Cups Any Berry, Plum, Mango, Or

8 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened

-Kiwi, Peeled And/Or Sliced As

1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar

-Necessary

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

 

Pinch, press, and roll out cookie dough onto a round pizza pan, making a 12 inch diameter circle.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until cookie is light brown. Cool.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread onto cookie.
Spread strawberry jam on top of cheese mixture.
Top with fresh fruit. Sprinkle with nuts.
Cut like pizza and serve.
